The Courtyard is our secure residence for the memory impaired. The interests, strengths, and abilities of each resident are used to plan the best quality of care and quality of life and to set appropriate expectations, known as the "Best Friends" model of care. With around the clock staff and private rooms, every resident receives privacy, respect, and personalized attention and care to support independence.
THE GARDENS
The Gardens is dually licensed state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and long-term nursing care unit. The Gardens features superior 24-hour licensed nursing care in a home-like setting, ideal for long-term residents and for making a patient’s rehabilitation period comfortable and rewarding.
